Project

Research Vessel – Signal Cable Integration

Led the engineering and installation of high-performance signal cables on a modern oceanographic research vessel. The system was designed to ensure signal stability and data integrity under extreme environmental conditions.

Tugboat – Steering and Control Redesign

Oversaw a complete overhaul of the steering and control system on a high-powered tugboat. Introduced ergonomic improvements and upgraded control panels to increase precision and durability in port operations.

Fishing Vessel – Hydraulic Winch System Upgrade

Modernized the hydraulic winch system on a commercial fishing vessel, increasing pulling capacity and improving crew safety. The project involved adapting legacy infrastructure to integrate new, energy-efficient components.

Signal Cable Assembly for Subsea Equipment

Engineered custom-fit signal cable assemblies for deep-sea equipment, focusing on waterproofing, thermal resistance, and long-term reliability. This work supported a larger system onboard a multipurpose offshore vessel

Marine Cabling – RBM Tug Series

Designed and supervised the layout and installation of marine-grade power and signal cabling across multiple vessels in the RBM tug series. Standardization and robust protection measures were key project goals.

Pump System Retrofit – Coastal Support Vessel

Retrofitted a critical bilge and ballast pump system on a coastal support vessel. The upgrade improved fluid handling efficiency and reduced maintenance cycles by 30%, optimizing overall ship performance.

Winch System for Naval Utility Boat
